That's right, we've made a bold move. As of September 2024, "Agile In Tandem" is dead. Long live "Unstructured"!

Why the change?

Agile is excellent, but it's not the be-all and end-all: We've realized our impact goes beyond fancy sprint boards and daily stand-ups. Teams are the real MVPs: We're diving deep into what makes them tick, and spoiler alert - it's not always about story points.

Our new approach? It's as unconventional as a pineapple on pizza. We're tossing out the rulebook and embracing authenticity and adaptability. No more one-size-fits-all solutions - we're going to be entirely bespoke.

Breaking free from the Agile straitjacket allows us to tailor our services. It's all about flexibility, honesty, and results that mean something.
